why authorization with an Adobe ID is so complicated?

I have made a mistake, I authorise my Adobe ID on iPad, as a result I can't read my eBook on my MacBook, because it says I can only authorise this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorise any other computer or mobile devices
