Why can't I speak with anyone at Adobe Digital Editions? I have a special situation that has been going on for weeks now.

I just got a delayed email response that had absolutely no information in it other than to contact forums which I have tried to do repeatedly without success.

    I've lost my ebooks and can't get then back. The publisher can't seem to
