Question

Why can't I use my Adobe ID on another device?

I've created an Adobe ID on my home computer, in order to be able to download e-books from the library and install them on my e-reader. Now, my computer broke down, so I have to use my laptop. It seems that Adobe doesn't allow me to use my Adobe ID on another computer. How can this be solved?

    Hi Anne-mariek21146608,

Based on your description, you have created an Adobe ID on your home computer so that you may download the e-books for your e-reader. Now, you are unable to use that ID to download the same on another computer as your computer is no longer in a working state.

Could you please share the link to the library where you login to download the e-books? So that we may try to assist you appropriately.

    Thanks.

Hi Atul, signing in has succeeded, and downloading an e-book too. But when i want to transfer the book to my e-reader, I get the following message:
