Why do Certain books appear but cant access when I authorize my ADE reader?

Hi,  I normally use a certain Adobe ID when I download ebooks at work which requirs an Authorization ID.  However I notices that when I authorize the my personal device using the same ID I saw the same title which are at my work device showing in my library but cannot be downloaded. Is there any way I can use the same ID with out having the said title to appear over and over again?

Please advise.
