Why hasn't this garbage been fixed?

The Windows version is a buggy mess. It just crashes on me. The IOs version is sluggish and they havent compensated for the way the screen is designed. There's literally a black bar cover the first few lines of text. Reading through some of the history here Adobe has not made any effort to make this app work for anyone. Shame. It's not like alot of schools use this school for us to access the books they want us to read for the classes. This app is so terrible I have to take a break from my education tonight to figure out how to make it run better... guess what. you cant... and its obvious Adobe doesnt give a damn.
