Why is ADE so non-accessible? It's 2022!

I have used ADE for several years, but I do my best to avoid it. For someone with a significant visual impairment, it is not accessible at all. I can't really modify what I see (size-wise or display-wise), and ADE won't read text to me. These seem like basic functions. At the risk of insulting someone at Adobe, ADE is downright "kludgy." Navigating is hard.
