Why unable to de-authorise my account?

Hi! 

My dad's computer (Mac) is authorised with my adobe account. I try to de-authorise my account on his computer, stating my password, but not possible... 

I get error that "this is not possible, try again later"... i have tried later, still not possible... anyone?
