Why won't Digital Editions recognize my updated email address?
Hi!
My previous Adobe ID (which I've used to purchase a lot of ebooks) was an old university email that has now expired.
I recently changed the email associated with my ID to my personal email. However, Adobe Digital Editions has not recognized this.
I'm not sure how to proceed. When I try to deauthorize my account, it still shows the old email address, which I can no longer deauthorize, since there is no adobe id associated with it.
Am I missing something? Shouldn't the change register automatically across all Adobe products and services? I've spent A LOT of money downloading ebooks on that account and would hate to lose access to them.
