Windows 10 - ADE opens outside of the desktop

I've upgraded to Windows 10 and noticed many people saying ADE4 isn't compatible with it.  I'm experiencing this issue as well, but what I'm noticing is that the window for ADE actually opens outside the desktop.  If I click on the Task View button in the taskbar, it pulls the ADE window from the left side the screen.  The miniature window shows ADE as it should look, but I can't get it to actually open up in the desktop.  Has anyone had any success with this program in Windows 10 at all?  I need this work for school and I don't want to go back to Windows 7 just for this one program.  Adobe, FIX THIS!

    To fix this, I uninstalled ADE4 and instead installed ADE3.  ADE3 works with Windows 10, or at least it does for me anyway.
