Windows 10 'app' needed

Is there a windows 10 'app' version in the plan?

On a touch screen PC running Windows 8 or above (say a Microsoft Surface) the reading experience is not that great.

I can't use gesture to zoom, pan or flip pages. Please consider creating a new touch friendly version of the app.

Note that with the new Windows Universal app support, the same app will work on Window 10 PC and Phone so it should reduce your cost for building and maintaining for multiple platforms.
