Windows 10 error message downloading book.

I tried downloading a book and when I drag the acsm file into ADE it crashes and I get the following message:

I can drag a book into ADE and can read it but I cannot add it to the library.

Any ideas hoe to fix this?

Its a error message with the eBook itself. Have you try to start it with a other internet browser?

I tried three different browsers and I get the same error message. I unistalled ADE 4.51 three times and reinstalled it but the problem remains.
