Windows 10 постоянно циклично перезагружается (после установки ADE+программы Norton Security)

On one of our computers there is the following situation. The user installed the Adobe Digital Edition software. On the screen appeared a window with advertising messages (about the installation of the program). There is the following clarification: the installation of programs began after the opening of some kind of advertising banner, but not the main palette of Adobe.
Apparently, the user did not carefully read the message. As a result, a whole group of programs was installed on the computer. Norton Security programs were also installed (several programs).
After installing these programs, Windows 10 itself began to cyclically reboot continuously at intervals of 6-7 minutes.
The point is that Kaspersky Anti-Virus (Internet Security) is already installed on our computer. We did not need to install the second antivirus software.
I uninstalled some of the Norton Security programs, but still had a failure to reboot.
At the moment there is still Norton Security installer on the computer, which is not removed in any way. It is not on the list of programs that can be uninstalled.
Note: when shutting down the computer, there was a message that some program (from the Norton Security list) was left unfinished in the system.
How do I uninstall the Norton Security Installer program that can reboot my Windows 10 system?

На одном из наших компьютеров возникла следующая ситуация. Пользователь устанавливала программу Adobe Digital Edition. На экране возникло окно с рекламными сообщениями (об установке программы). Есть следующее уточнение: инсталляция программ началась после открытия какого-то рекламного баннера, а не основной палитры Adobe.
Видимо пользователь невнимательно прочитала сообщение. В результате на компьютер установилась целая группа программ. Также установились программы Norton Security (несколько программ).
После установки данных программ Windows 10 начала сама циклично постоянно перегружаться с интервалом в 6-7 минут.
Суть в том, что у нас на компьютер уже установлен Антивирус Касперского (Internet Security). Нам не нужно было ставить программы второго антивируса.
Я удалил некоторые программы Norton Security, но тем не менее сбой с перезагрузкой так и остался.
На данный момент на компьютере осталась программа Norton Security installer, которая никак не удаляется. Ее нет в списках программ, которые возможно удалить.
Примечание: при выключении компьютера раньше возникало сообщение о том, что в системе осталась незавершенной какая-то программа (из перечня Norton Security).
Как удалить программу Norton Security Installer, из-за которой система Windows 10 может перезагружаться?
Уважаемые дамы и господа, как наладить операционную систему Windows 10, чтобы она постоянно не перезагружалась?
