Windows installation failure

I have just bought a new Windows 11 machine. As I think is normal for security reasons, the adminstrator account is disabled. But when I try to instal Adobe Digital Editions, it refuses to do so under my personal machine account as I do not have the permissions necessary. However I can't run as administrator because the account is disabled. Anyone else have this problem or any solutions?

    It's me again. I've found the solution to my own problem "by accident" through solving another similar difficulty. Basically the issue was caused by using Mozilla Firefox as the browser to download the app; when I used Microsoft Edge instead, there was no refusal to instal and everything was fine.
