Won't allow printing or switch to vertical view

Question

Cannot print, does not give me the option to print pages. Also, I prefer a vertical view, rather than horizontal, and to read page by page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Most eBooks have only the permissiong to print any sites not the complete document. The same is the format of the file, that also choose of the creater of the file.
