Wrong password, works on web

Hey

I can't log in and autorize my computer on ADE, the password works just fine if it's on the web-page, but even though i choose adobe-id and all that, I still get the error message. I tried going back to the computer where i made the account, which was still logged in and it worked just fine, i even checked the authorization to see if I had the correct email address, then i tried deauthorizing that computer but even that didn't work. Lastly i've downloaded older versions of the program, but all of them seem to have this problem.

i don't know what to do anymore, so any help is appreciated
