You have exceeded the limit of 10 ebooks

Hello

I cannot download any books to me ADE4 because i consistently receive the error message 'You have exceeded the limit of 10 ebooks '. According to my ADE4, i do not have any books there, i have returned them all, yet i still receive the message. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? I have deauthorized, reauthorized and even created another adobe ID, nothing seems help.
