Your Account has Exceeded the Maximum Number of Activations Allowed

Okay my problem is, I use e reader to read my book drm protected , i use my Adobe ID for my PC, also for my phone, i i change so many app to open book for my phone, but not deactive first, but direct uninstall it (app reader). Now my adobe id drm has reach max activation, so i want reset it, could adobe team help me ? What i must do ?
