Hi, chat asked me to go to chat to solve my issue. I got the "your account has exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed" error while trying to connect a new device. Could someone please reset my activations?

    Oh wow, that's so frustrating. There are so many articles saying to contact support to get it reset, but support just keeps referring to the forum. What are we supposed to do? Stop reading our books?
