Dimension crashes as soon as I open it.

I am a new subscriber to cc.

I have dimension.

Since I downloaded it I have never managed to acssess it. It just freezes on the opening page and doesnt even let me click on anything. (this is on the first screen as soon as you open it. it just spools).

I hav etried downgrading to version 3 instead of 3.4.4 and it works. No other version works. However I really want the latest version.

My GPU is as follows I am not sure if this is the problem. Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500. If this is the problem is there anyway of sorting it out.

Integrated graphics are not a GPU card so no you don't meet the min requirements

so what can i do

and why does version 3 work

You can use other app for creating text , export and import into Dn. For example - Ps can export obj files.

Here is Dimension system requirements (adobe.com)

Are you on Mac or Win? By the way there isn't any big difference between these two version.

as far as i understand i am within the requirments.

there is not much difference but i reallly want the text feature which is not on version3.

any ideas?

i have seen similar issues on the community but not clear on the answers...
