Hello, I did a small test between Dimension and Stager for comparing rendering time with the same basic file. Beside Stager been less responsive and lagging here are the results.

Dimension render it after 7m53sec
Stager render it after 40m15sec

The end ressults was exactly the same (even a bit more clean from Dimension).
I hope Dimension will still be developped and that speed and stability will be passed to Stager.

for your test to be worth anything you need to tell people the system & files used as that has a big impact, for example an M1 Mac suffers from emulation which will easy double the time it takes to rendor

Dimension is finished and any new development is aimed at Stager because that is the product Adobe pays them to work on... so how fast or slow Stager is against Dimension doesn't really matter at the end

A really sample file on macOS Catalina.

Currently Stager don’t support GPU Rendering on macOS. That’s why... Stager fall behind in many regards on Mac comparing to Dimension.
