ダウンロードできない

macbookでダウンロードしようと思い、ブラウザからダウンロードしてアプリケーションを開いたところ、アカウント認証をしなければいけなかった。だが、パスワードがadobeIDのパスワードを打ってみても開かない。他にも思い当たるものは打ってみたがどれもはずれだ。どうしたらいいのだろうか。
