勝手に引き落とし

I used the trial version of ADOBE in November. Despite not having entered anything since then, the annual contract has debited the credit number. I want to cancel immediately because I will not use it in the future. Also, can I refund my bill? It seems that you will get about 9000 yen at the time of cancellation and I have not selected the year, so I would like you to respond.
