Please try the below mentioned steps and let us know if any of these steps helps.

1. Close Creative Cloud installer.

2. Remove Creative Cloud app -

3. Restart the machine

4. Install Creative Cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html
