결제완료인데 설치가 안되요

이번 달 포토그래피 플랜이 결제가 완료되었는데 쓸려고 하니 시험버전 만료가 뜨고 포토샵 실행이 되지 않아요. 삭제 후 재설치를 해도 그대로네요... 왜 실행이 안되는지 알 수 있을까요? 해결방법도 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
