구독취소 (plan cancellation)

월별 학생 플랜으로 구독하고있었는데 사정이생겨 구독취소를 하고싶은데 문의시간이 지났다고 문의가안됩니다 인터넷을 한정된 시간만 사용할수있는데 그 밖의 시간엔 상담이 안된다고해서 구독취소를 할 수가 없습니다

어떻게 하면 구독취소를 할수있을까요

I was subscribing with the monthly student plan, but I want to cancel the subscription due to circumstances, but I can't ask you because the inquiry time has passed.
