어도비 환불이 안되고 있습니다. 어떻게 하죠 ?

I paid a subscription fee of 24000₩ to Adobe on January 13 like in the picture. And I cancelled my subscription through refund inquiry on that day. However, the payment has not been cancelled. And the consulting in yesterday says my account has no subscription history. I've already paid! can't I get a refund? I want a refund my money. I have waited about 4 weeks.

사진처럼 결제되어서 바로 당일날 미국어도비 문의를 통해 환불을 했는데 결제취소는 안되고 있어요. 문의해봤는데  구독 기록이 없다고 환불해줄게 없다고 하는데 어떡하나요? 제 24000원은 그냥 사라진 돈인가요. 4주동안 기다렸는데 더 기다려야할까요?
