0217359221 case number - 2 months transfer of ownership still unresolved so I can't register the change in product owner - can someone please contact me?

I and the former owner of an adobe CS6 photoshop product, have both been on the phone to your organisation, for two hours each, and both been given the run around. we have submitted two different types of transfer forms, the original ones sent, new ones you sent through and now apparently, we have to RESEND the original transfer forms. two months and STILL no resolution.

you should be able to locate the original transfer forms in your correspondence and correct. Alternatively, rather than me having to phone and be on hold for another two hours of my life, you have my account and are welcome to contact me, and ring me, so I can speak to you in person.

as you can see, we are extremely frustrated with the poor level of service....
