0xc000007b - error

I have Windows 10 PC. Dreamweaver CC 2015 used to work now it does not. I've tried remove and reinstall to no avail...

Here is the error I get:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

Any hints?

Thank you David. I unistalled and reinstalled even ran Adobe Creative Cloud Scanner. I still get the error code above.

Any help would be great.

None of my adobe apps work any more, ugh impacting my bottom line now.
