1 PC, 2 mobile devices w/ 1 Photography Licence

I guess this is a rather simple question, but I only see people talk about being able to activate one licence on two PCs (i do know you can only launch the programms on one PC at the time).

But what about mobile devices? I’m thinking about switching over to CC obviously for a newer Lightroom on PC, but I would also like to use the mobile app on my iPad and iPhone both on the go. Is that possible with one licence or is it actually „two devices only“, regardless of whether it’s a actual pc or a mobile device?

The Photography subscription allows you to use 2 computers and as far as I know as many mobile devices as you like. That means you can have LR mobile on 3-4-5 devices, phones or pads.

The Mobile Companion Apps are separate.  See below for details.

It is not clear, however, what will happen when the Photoshop for iPad app is released.

It's not ready for prime time yet so I'm not concerned about it.
