100% storage used with less than 10G of data in folder.

I've freed up space 2 days ago and the app still says that all files are synced and 100% full and out of storage. Says I have 20.53 of 20 gigs data stored. I cleared images from the web interface and the ccloud folder on my computer but still says it's full. I have a total of less than 10 gigs currently stored. Any ideas?
