12 month prepaid membership ended after one week - what can I do?
Hi. I recently changed to a 12 month pre-paid membership for my adobe CC student account. Previously I was paying monthly. Have only had the 12 month activated for one week and adobe have sent me an email saying my membership has ended and cancelled this new account (would of been the date my other account ended). I did cancel that before starting the new one. Please, if any one had any ideas as to how I can contact adobe to fix this as I can't find any solutions. They have closed off all ways to email them for questions. I am lost and have just purchased a whole years worth of CC and only had one week??? Please help. Any ideas would be great.
