2 accounts - do I need them both? if not, can someone help me to delete one?

I have 2 accounts:

1 is a creative adobe account with some programs in it including photoshop

2 is like a team account with photoshop in it

The questions is do I need them both?

If not, can someone help me cancel the 2nd account, because I can't find how to.
