2 Photoshop Updates - 1 Update will not complete

Hello

I am trying to do the latest updates through the (current) Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Lightroom and Camera Raw updated no problems.

Photoshop 20.0.7 updated, but it says "waiting"

And, there is something else called simply "Photoshop"

This will not update past 37%. I have tried different wifi networks and different VPNs (I live overseas).

I am not sure what this update specifically addresses.

I only use the desktop versions of Lightroom and Photoshop and I am running Windows 10.

Does anyone have any advice?
