2008 Live Cycle fillable document converting to Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Good day,

We have a pdf fillable document I created back in 2008, I believe with Live Cycle 3.0. Our office is still on 4.0 but needs to upgrade to Adobe Experience Manager Forms.

Will this be possible use the existing or is it a re-write?
