2019 Adobe Creative Cloud Popup on Mac

Question

To Adobe Support or Whomever has been impacted by this issue:

Problem:

Adobe Creative Cloud window pops open constantly throughout the day (it can be as often as 3-4 times in a minute or spaced out a couple times an hour). It is extremely frustrating and disruptive. If I happen to be typing something, my input field is now the user name in this dialog window and it prevents flow of work.

Context:

I work in a very secure enterprise environment. I am not tech support and we have very little of that for Macbooks here. I have asked for help but the support person does not know why its happening.
The application will not retain user name and password, despite checking the remember me box.
In addition, the application will not stop opening despite having adjusted preferences: I have signed in and unchecked preferences options of
- Launch at Login
- Show Notifications
- Always keep Creative Cloud desktop up to date
- Show OS Notifications

Please advise. And, Adobe, if you're listening, please resolve a fix for this.

I do not understand how it's a configuration error in our IT support. Could you explain why that would be? Why does this program need to pop open constantly. Can I just remove the program and continue use of Adobe Cloud products?

I hope you can fathom how difficult and disruptive this is and why I am trying to find an answer so that I can work.
