I noticed I am operating Photoshop and Bridge 2018 versions.  Some Kelby training videos show a 2019 version.  How do I update?  I'm showing latest updates.  ??

Thanks.  Jim

Also please check the Win 10  build version  if you are using Windows 10.

It shud be 1709 and above.

In Command Prompt , type WinVer and hit enter , it will give Version and Build details.

Just in case , if the build version lesser than 1709 , check for Windows Updates. or you might wanna Upgrade Win 10 build .

Hi Jim,

Does 2019 show up in your Creative Cloud app?

If not, does your computer meet the system requirements?

The CC 2019 version were released in Oct 2018 so they've been out a few months now.

Some people report that uninstalling and reinstalling the Adobe Cloud desktop app kickstarts the update mechanism.

I've given up relying solely on the Cloud desktop app to notify me about updates. It's proven to be too unreliable for me. I check online myself.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. Did all that but still downloaded the

2018 version. Guess I’ll have to call Adobe Support. Jim

Which operating system are you running?

Starting with CC 2019, Photoshop is 64 bit only.

Sometimes it happens. We have seen the same. Reinstalling Windows an the user from scatch helps. But as an intermediate solution you can also uninstall and download the latast programs an install.
