2021 upgrade

Can I upgrade directly from Elements (both Photoshop and Premiere) 15 to 2021? This is on a 64bit Windows environment?

    The "upgrade" is just a price discount on the new version.  The different versions are separate programs and can be installed on the same computer at the same time.
