if you have no cc desktop app on your computer, install it from here How to download the Creative Cloud desktop app (adobe.com) and use it to install your cc programs and trials.

if you have or had a cc desktop app on your computer, you should uninstall it using the correct (for your os) cc uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging
