i downloaded creative cloud for premiere pro then it gave me 205 error at %8 i dont know what to do i closed the firewall and it still happend please help me

'Users have reported instances where software/hardware firewall settings caused download errors to occur. The most common error associated with this issue is error 205. Other errors could result due to the software/hardware firewall’s configuration.' i already did this i dont know what to do now
