64bit version??

Hi,

 

So, I had to reinstall my Adobe Actobrat DC and now I noticed that it only downloads/install the 32bit version, whatever I try.......how can I download and get back the 64 bit version?

What OS are you using?


If you are on a Mac then you should only be getting the 64-bit version as that is all that is available with the latest release.

 

If you have the Windows release, I believe it may still just be a 32-bit app that can run in 64-bit environments.  There is a KB article about the 64-bit version, but it says it will only work in certain regions.

I'm using windows 10.  I had the 64 bit version, until I had to reinstall windows. I'll try that link, thank you.

How long do you believe you have had the 64 bit version? Because actually most people have only ever had a 32-bit version. 64-bit is brand new and only in certain countries. It's just that the 32-bit version NOW SAYS SO that people assume it's a backwards step.
