Hello,

Just bought and paid for the Photography programm. Included: Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. Received the eMail with the three download links.

Why is Photoshop indicating in the upper right corner "7 days Trial. Buy now" ???

Regards,

Hi @Kopil5E39,

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you would like to use. Check each one.

Pay particular attention to Photoshop's new GPU requirements. See links below.

Join the Creative Cloud free for 7 days.  On the 8th day of service, your trial will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel it beforehand.  Only paid plan members can continue using the software and services beyond 7 days.

It would be proof of fair business if Adobe would first inform buyers of the operating system's minimum requirements prior to installation and payment !! Even after the 7 days trial they still dare to propose to buy the system, although I have already paid !!!!!! I even did never ask for a trial !!

Hello John,

Nothing helps.
I wonder why my Adobe Account on both HP Win10 and MacBook Air (two separate devices) indicate as “Activated Devices”: Temp’s MacBook !?!?
It should be nice that Adobe should solve this known bug themselves.

In the worst case: what is the procedure to stop my subscription ??
