I just recently tried to download the trial version of Adobe Acrobat xi student edition. It would download to like 99% then all of a sudden reverse itself or back out.

So, I actually purchased the software at BestBuy and the same thing is happening. Why can't I download my product. Please help!

Possible pertinent information:

Gateway PC

Windows 7

Firefox (most recent)

Avast Anti-virus (free version)

not sure what else I need to tell you all about my set up. Not very computer savvy... obviously.

PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

Try downloading the installer from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-xi-pro-standard-reader-direct-download-links.html

Make sure you follow the Very Important Instructions on that page.

That happens during the download, or during the install?

It happens during the install. I have the disc and it will install to where there is about 6 sec. left and then the error box pops up. Error1935

I tried following the instructions on every single page I could find involving error 1935. Nothing works This is crap

You didn't mention error 1935 in your original post; did you look at http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-1935-install-acrobat-reader.html ?
