Called a friend and he told to me uninstall my net work card, shutdown and restart. Computer is now normal.

So how do I get my application I paid for in Adobe keeps killing my network card. Happend twice. The first time, it unlocked itself. The second - nope.

Your network settings got screwed up. Had nothing to do with Adobe. You basically reset your network settings when you removed and reinstall your network card. You could have done the same thing in your system settings without having to remove your network card.

I was trying to down load Elements that I had purchased in 2014.

After I was told how to repair the issue, the next time I downloaded, everything went fine.

The point is, for 3 days, i was held hostage by Adobe.

Don I am sorry that you faced difficulty with your network card.  Which Adobe software or service are you utilizing?  Did you have a download or installation question regarding that software title?
