A senior It tech person killed m computer today and I have no recourse to deal with this

Premiere Pro was not loading on my main PC for the last two days, though other video programs I use had no problem. I went onto help and an initial techie could not get it to work so sent a senior tech to fix it and lo and behold - they killed my main PC, it is only a black screen now.  This is my Mac laptop I am using to access my adobe products but most of my files were on my large screen desktop. How does this damage done by an adobe techie get fixed? I need it fixed asap.
