A12E5 error: i keep getting this and can't download InDesign software (paid)

Anyone can assist? I desperately need to get some things done on InDesign and I can't seem to download it onto my MBP.

I just paid for an annual subscription of InDesign online and keep getting an error message which states that I have an A12E5 error, after less than a minute of the start of download. I am operating OS10.10.5, on a MBP 2Ghz Intel Core i7. 15" early 2011.
