Abo bezahlt aber funktioniert nicht

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe bereits vor zwei Wochen ein neues Abo abgeschlossen.
Der erste Beitrag wurde auch schon von meinem Konto eingezogen,

allerdings kann ich keines der Programme benutzen. Zusätzlich ist auch sonst nirgendwo eine Mitgliedschaft bestätigt.

Any ideas woran das liegen könnte?
Oder weiß jemand bei weiler Adresse ich mich melden muss?
