Je paye mon abonnement creative cloud depuis 1mois sans aucuns problèmes.Mais depuis 3jours je suis de retour en version d'essai, et le seul moyen d'ouvrir mes applications est de les racheter.

Que dois-je faire?

De temps en temps il y a des utilisateurs qui rapportent des problèmes à ce niveau. Regarde une fois si les instructions ic vont t’aider: Re: Creative Cloud App reverted to Trial Mode
