abono caducado ??

consulta inicio sesión y todo bien pero al momento de abrir alguna aplicación de escritorio me sale un recuadro que dice que a caducado mi licencia y encuentro raro porque a mi me lo descuentan todos los meses en la tarjeta de crédito nos que hacer tengo que hacer muchos trabajos alguien que me ayude que hago.

No responden, te mandan a una página de ayuda que no ayuda en nada ¿dónde se puede denunciar este abuso?
