Hello

I am just confused on what part of it is free to use.

I am new and I just signed up for Adobe Portfolio but I didn't buy anything from Adobe and don't plan to so is Adobe Portfolio free for me to use? Or is it just like a 30 day free trial then I have to pay to continue using it?

Moderator moved from Adobe Licensing to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Portfolio is a free website for Creative Cloud subscribers to showcase work examples online.

Portfolio also ties in seamlessly with Behance, another creative online venue that is free.

Am I able to pay the $9.99 a month for the first month to build my portfolio but then not pay monthly and it's still there to use?

No.

Without a paid plan, your website goes offline (nobody can see it) and you cannot log-in to edit it.

If you want a free website, use Behance.

Adobe Portfolio comes together with any paid Creative Cloud plan, which start from US$9.99/month:

It sounds like you're in the initial CC free trial period, which lasts 7 days.
