About Adobe Pro 11 License

Hello, I have a licensed Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro product. I possess the license key and all related information. After making a hardware change on my computer, the product asked me to re-enter the license key. I entered my valid and documented license key, but I received an error message stating: This serial number has been revoked. Please contact customer support.

I do not understand why my license was revoked, especially since I have a legitimate and documented key. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Since 2017, Acrobat XI is End of Life.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

If you have received a message similar to the ones displayed below when trying to install your product, stating the serial number you are using is invalid, or has been revoked, it is because the serial number you are attempting to use has been blocked by Adobe.

Hello, as you can see in the attachment, I have a license. I bought it by paying before, but now it has been cancelled. I wonder why it has been cancelled. Why was my product cancelled? This is not an illegal software, I have a license! I am in a difficult situation and my work is interrupted. I ask you to help me. Why should I get a new license when I already have one?

nothing's attached, but a license can be revoked for several reasons. to start, from whom did you purchase it and when did you purchase it?
